The project map shows phase 1 in the aqua color.  The lots in phase 1 have been recorded.   The detailed layout for phases 2-4 can be adjusted for different lot counts and still maintain approved density levels.  Approximately 20% of the overall project is left as open space creating an open and attractive development for today's active families.
